Multimedia artists Can Fakioglu and Can Sakirt put together a video truly unlike any other. Having written their own unique A.I. program, they fed the algorithm the poems sung and spoken by Bahramji and Golshifteh. Out the other end came a mystically hypnotizing journey through countless worlds and ages, morphing shapes and colors, weaving the ancient with the future into an 11 minute psychedelic like experience.
Mara Beboos EP - Kindisch
“Mara Beboos “kiss me” is originally an Iranian song by the merchant Hasan Golnaraghi– which found its fame as an anthem coinciding with the 1953 Coup d’Etat. Reintroducing such songs in a modern way helps keep the history alive in the current time as well, and this is a driving mission for us. This EP includes a retouch by the one & only Philipp Jung.

I Am Love EP - Supernature
A true Man Of Nature lives in harmony with the environment. This track is an ode to the Devine feminine spirit, one which encompasses a true love for nature. This EP features two remixes: a Reconstruction mix by Anthony Middleton of Audiofly, and a sultry take by Wild Dark & Ariaano.
You Are Simin EP - Abracadabra
The release of ‘You Are Simin’ is a culmination of this duo’s stylistic growth and movement through various collaboration projects, with every element of the release capturing part of their life journey. Inspired by old 70’s recordings from the duo's collection, it represents the bringing together of their Persian history, culture and eclectic group of friends as collaborators who contributed through music, video, art and spirit.
This song is an ode to the great Simin Ghanem and her song "Gholake Cheshat". The Original Mix features an animated artwork from renowned Los Angeles based artist Ali Sabet, known for his unique Love script. Effortlessly organic yet perfectly tempoed, ‘You Are Simin’ sets itself apart with its hypnotizingly romantic breaks.
The radio edit of ‘You Are Simin’ is interpreted in visual by Kajart, an award winning multi-media production studio based in Toronto.
Call it Love, bearing Mahmood Schricker’s signature style of sound, has been reworked by Baham into a psychedelic and hypnotizing groover. The core melodies are inspired by Persian pop music of the 80’s Los Angeles scene and vocals based on Sufi singing and poetry which also feature Mahmood’s own voice.
Here, this single is interpreted by director Nima Dehghani, an award winning digital media artist, with an enchanting performance by Negar Assef.
